Yoga for Conferences:

 

           After a long day in the conference room at your workplace, hotel or conference centre, with heavy concentration and ‘death by PowerPoint’ your delegates will need to ‘clear their minds’. 


Why not offer a chair yoga class mid-morning, mid-day or mid-afternoon to keep their energy level high and focused or post conference as a group session or special activity?


-As short as 15 minutes or for as long as 45 minutes- a Chair yoga session will focus on loosening tight hips and back, stretching shoulders and legs and breath work to calm and help refocus the mind bringing increased energy, and more blood flow to the brain and muscles. 

  • No special clothing or equipment required for stretch sessions or chair yoga sessions.

 

What does this mean?

  • Ability  to concentrate more effectively on the material being presented​

  • They will absorb more information

  • Come together as a team and accomplish more in a short amount of time.
