What is the Science of Silence Yoga ( Siddha Samadhi Yoga)
The Science of Silence Yoga (SSY ) is a 30 hour
program teaching you how to connect to the vitality of your Body, Mind
& Spirit within 5 layers of healing. You will learn how to:
1. Work with the Body (Annamaya Kosha)
Heal the body through Yoga postures & healthy food choices
2. Work with the Breath (Pranayama Kosha)
Use scientific breathing methods: improving intellect & concentration
3. Work with the Mind (Manomaya Kosha)
Practice Samadhi Yoga Meditation: healing from the inside out
4. Work with the Intellect (Vijnanamaya Kosha)
Catch & change any negative thought patterns
5. Work with the Inner Body (Anandamaya Kosha)
Cultivating inner & lasting peace, love & silence.
Who Should Attend?
Those seeking to reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep
Those who want to feel happier in all aspects of life
Those who feel that life is a constant struggle
Those who want to have more energy, lose weight & improve immunity
Those who want to improve their relationships
Do you have to have yoga experience?
There is no need to have done yoga before, this mindfulness practice can be done by anyone, anywhere. If you can sit on a chair, you can do this form of yoga.

How to Register?
Radha Jayaraman, was introduced to the Science of Silence Yoga in 1979. She was personally trained by the founder, Guruji Rishi Prabhakar. She has taught programs in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, New Jersey & India and now on zoom. She teaches weekly sessions by donations for those who have completed the program.
Its so simple, this program stays with you a lifetime.
During this time of Covid, it's even more important for us to rediscover that sense of joy, happiness and health that has been lost by many.

It's all too easy to fall into a shoulder-forward slump, and over time, the connective tissue of the body hardens to hold that posture. Join me for a series of exercises to counteract this habit, and to gain strength so you can have good alignment in your daily life and your yoga practice.
This workshop is specially designed for practitioners who:
have restrictions or pain in the shoulders or neck (due to overuse, injury, or simply bad posture)
wish to prevent future problems by learning how to use the shoulders safely and efficiently in yoga or other activities.
