 A health form must be completed prior to attending a class or therapy session.  This information is used to ensure that your yoga experience is suitable for your condition and is not shared with any third party.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To personalize your experience and better respond to your individual needs.

To improve our website. We continually strive to improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

To improve our customer service.  Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your requests and support your needs.

To send periodic emails and mailings.

 

 We do not disclose, rent, sell or exchange any personal information obtained about you from this website. The information that you submit to us is made available only to employees managing the information for the purpose of providing you with services relating to our studio.

 

 Mailing List:

We may ask you to provide your name and address in order to sign up for our regular newsletters, articles, events and promotions. You may also be sent a reminder for class registration and workshops. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe and remove yourself from any mailing list.

 

 Third party links:

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

YOGA for your KNOTS inc. Studio may deem it necessary from time to time to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be placed here and will supercede this current version of our Policy. If we make significant changes to the policy, we will take reasonable steps to draw your attention to these changes. However, we suggest that you read this document each time you use the website to ensure that it still meets with your approval.

 

Payment Methods

 

For credit card payments. All of these processes are done on a secure website linked to ours which have their own privacy policy.

In our studio, we accept: cheque, or cash

On-line we accept: Visa and Mastercard through Paypal or Interac e-Transfers

 

Discounts 

 

Those registered in 1 class session may receive a $10 voucher towards the pole walking and yoga class or towards poles in that same session.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Yoga class purchases

Classes may be purchased on line through what payment program?   A fee of $2 applies for online purchases. When you choose to make your purchase through our website the following Terms and Conditions will apply:

All class passes, and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Prices are in Canadian funds.

All prices are inclusive of Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

All services purchased must be accompanied by a completed Waiver of Liability form, which is available on our web-site or from our customer service staff.

Purchases must be made by a participant that is over 18 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.

 

 

Class Cancellations

 

Occasionally, classes may be cancelled due to illness or unexpected family crises.  In all cases, YFYK will reschedule this class at a date that is suitable to the majority of the participants.  In some cases, a class refund will be offered.

If you are unable to attend a class, then you may make up the class on another day up to 1 month past the current session end date.  

 Due to the small class size, If you are unable to attend a class, it is requested that you provide 24 hours’ notice to  terri@yogaforyourknots.com  so that others may use your spot for a class makeup.

 

Workshop and Event Cancellations

 

No refunds will be provided for Workshop and Event cancellations. However, a credit to your account will be made available up to five (5) days prior to the event or you may arrange for an alternate person to attend in your place. 

 

Schedule

 

Class Schedule is seasonal and subject to change without notice.   New classes may be added if there is sufficient request.  Please enquire at terri@yogaforyourknots.com

 

Studio Guidelines

 

Participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio.  Please Note:  You must be a minimum of 16 years of age to attend any of our regularly scheduled classes.

 

Release of Liability

 

 

All participants release YOGA for your KNOTS Studio, its owner, and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or your child, and 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
