Terri provides one-on-one yoga therapy aimed at correcting imbalances in flexibility, strength, motor control, balance, breath control, and body tension. A believer in a truly holistic approach to healing, Terri also works with restoring peace and balance to the mind. The yoga postures, breathing exercises and mindful movements in each session are based on current scientific evidence and on ancient yoga practices. Yoga Therapy is an emerging profession that has resulted from the popularity of yoga in the western world. Medical research shows it is among the most effective complementary therapies in treating health problems. 


Some of the common conditions addressed are:

Back and neck pain, musculoskeletal injuries (shoulders, hips, knees,), chronic pain, osteoarthritis, 

osteoporosis, diabetes, fibromyalgia, anxiety, scoliosis, pelvic floor concerns.
