Private Yoga Sessions
Individualized private sessions are independent of group classes and can be taken as a preparation for the beginner student, to supplement group classes, or on their own. Sessions can be structured in various ways.
Individualized private session are customized to your specific needs and can be tailored to focus on:
The design of a personalized sequence of postures that emphasize a specific need or a specific category of poses (restorative, forward bends, backbends, standing poses, twists, inversions, hip-openers, etc.)
The development of a personalized home yoga practice, including homework assignments.
A question and answer period to gain deeper understanding of specific poses and how the maximum benefit of each pose can be achieved.
Discussions pertaining to lifestyle, including dietary and work habits and stress management techniques.
Private Lessons are 75 or 90 minutes and are held at the YOGA for your KNOTS studio where the environment is inviting and calming, and fully equipped with all yoga props necessary for private work.
